Construction Equipment Towing Team Helps Company Lift Dump Truck

Falzone’s construction equipment towing team came to the aid of a loyal customer who specializes in construction equipment rentals and repairs. Whenever they need a construction equipment towing team, they give Falzone’s a call! On this particular occasion, they needed to take the body off of a rigid body dump truck. Once disassembled, they would then refurbish the truck for a potential buyer.

Now this was not your tiny dump truck. It’s body was 15 feet wide and just the body of it weighed approximately 35,000lb! Falzone’s brought in two rotators to complete the job. The rotators were placed on either side of the dump truck and were attached by two points of contact each.

Clear communication was vital to the success of this heavy lift. If the two rotator operators were not in sync, it could cause the body of the dump truck to tilt to one side and incur significant damage. Using headsets, both rotator operators carefully synchronized their maneuvers and slowly lifted the 35,000 lb dump truck body into the air.

Once lifted, the chassis was driven out from underneath it. The construction equipment towing team lowered the body down on the ground. Once all the repairs and modifications are complete on the chassis, the Falzone’s team will head back to place the body back on the truck!

Fantastic work out there team! Your professionalism and hard work are the reason Falzone’s has so many loyal customers!
